IBENA- According to transactions through last day in Nima system, exporters has recorded by selling more than 3 million dollar-based of export currencies, since the beginning of the year. This year increase in exporters' sales in Nima system has led to a total of dollar-based transactions from the beginning of this year to yesterday to reach $ 4 billion, which has increased 100 percent compared to last year.
Accordingly, increase in non-oil exports this year has been revealed by high record of transactions made in Nima system. It is mentioning that integrated currency trading system (Nima system) has been set up to facilitate supply of currency, and by which, buyers (importers) and sellers (exporters) of currency, in accordance with their needs, do foreign exchange operations in the electronic environment.
Therefore, Nima system is an area to supply foreign exchange for imported commodities to the country and the market between exporters and importers, and the volume of transactions made in it has a decisive role in the determining process of exchange rate.
