Priority of current government in increasing foreign trade and economic diplomacy, membership in Shanghai Treaty and the actions of Central Bank show a positive outlook for trade balance until the end of 1401.

Shanghai Treaty has provided a good opportunity for government to expand its relations with East and make better use of opportunity to cooperate with its neighbors and eastern countries, and also to remove dollar from its exchanges by expanding economic relations and agreements with members of Shanghai Treaty and reduce effectiveness of sanctions more.
